NEW DELHI: The Company Law Board expects fraud-hit Satyam Computer Services to file for approval of the winning bidder within 2-3 days, its chairman
said on Monday.
The approval should not take more than 24 hours after filing, S. Balasubramanian told reporters.
Tech Mahindra has emerged as the wining bidder with an offer of 58 rupees a share.
